welcome,

I’m Kristen, a dietitian who cares a lot about finding joy in the simple but significant blessings of life - nature, food, and community - things that sustain us.

I believe that when we are closely connected to the source of food, whether in planting a seed, raising animals for meat, or being part of a CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture, paying for a seasonal share of a local farm’s harvest), we start to see food as more than something to fill and nourish us or satisfy a craving. It brings us home, giving us a satisfaction and purpose that can otherwise be hard to find in the hurried, consumerist society we live in.

I would love to see local, sustainable food accessible and meaningful for everyone — not just those who can afford it.

Do you have:

a desire to be more connected to the land?

a desire to break free from diet mentality and make peace with food?

I am here to talk about these things. Not only in terms of what we eat - because it’s not the full picture. There is more!

Let’s explore what it means to be fed and living.

take me there

Say hello!
